Who knew that weaving was (a) so gratifying or (b) so unbelievably fast? If fiber-lust is an addiction, now regard my loom as a crack dispenser - witness the evidence:

Two scarves, woven from Fleece Artist Kiss Curls laceweight mohair boucle. Both are feather-weight and gossamer thin (due in no small part to the fact that they’re woven on a heddle built for worsted), and both are lovely in their insubstantial, primitive way. I swear to God that I haven’t given up knitting.

So imagine my glee when I stumbled upon Vintage Stitch-O-Rama - a like-minded blog that’s a splendid mix of vintage patterns and all-out snark.  It’s got scads of awesome patterns and some of the creepiest coffin pictures I’ve ever seen.  Check it out!   It’s the perfect place (besides your dear old Kitchener Bitch) to find a pattern for that Vintage KAL you’ve been dying to join.  (You have been dying to join, haven’t you?)
